This jacket will be custom manufactured to your specifications. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES DUE TO SIZING ISSUES. Jacket sizing samples will be available for customer to try on in selecting a proper size. We are happy to provide size alteration choices but cannot suggest what size or alterations to order. This is an individual choice on how each person wants their custom jacket to fit. You may cancel this order or make changes within 3 business days from its placement without charge; thereafter, no changes, cancellations, or refunds are allowed.
2) What do I need to order my letter jacket?
Order forms must be completed before your scheduled fitting. Please make sure all writing is legible and written in blue or black ink. Full payments for all decorations must be presented at time of order. We accept cash, credit card (VISA. MC, AMEX, DIS), check, and money orders. Please make payable to Texas Star Recognition (TSR).
3) When and where will I get my letter jacket?
The standard production turnaround time frame is 9-11 weeks from order date. There are other times when the production will take longer due to holiday closures and summer deliveries. If you paid $20 shipping fee (certain orders apply), your jacket will deliver directly to your home address. All others will be delivered to school campuses. Once a jacket has been delivered to the school front office or sponsor, please arrange pick up with them. We will not be able to track a jacket once it has been delivered.

5) How to order extra patches:
If you are unable to order extra decorations on order day or need to order more after you have received your jacket, please visit our website to order loose patches, txstarrecognition.com. Loose patch order take 4-6 weeks from time of order. All loose patch orders will be shipped directly to you and there are local alteration shops or embroidery stores to assist you in sewing them on your jacket.
