1. How and when do I order extra patches, my name on the jacket, etc.?

Answer:
You may order items to personalize your jacket by returning the enclosed order form with full payment on order day.  The order, time and place for your school are printed on the front of the envelope.  You need to be measured and turn in your order form on THAT DAY.

Will my jacket come with my patches sewn on?

Answer:
Yes, the patches ordered with your jacket will be sewn on.  Additional, loose patches order at a later date will not be sewn on your jacket.

How do I pay for the jacket options?

Answer:
You may pay by cash, credit card, check or money order made payable to TSR.

How do I determine my jacket size?

Answer:
Sizing will be done by a T.S.R. representative at your school.  Students will try on the actual jackets on ORDER DAY to get the feel of the size.  Students will confirm their choice of size at that time.  Once the student confirms their choice of size, with or without alterations, they have 72 hours to make any changes.
